My name is David Rubin and I am 30 years young. I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I grew up with a passion for sports, especially Baseball. I have been coaching and working in the fitness industry for over 9 years. I never realized how important your health and fitness was until I learned about it and lived it throughout college. It is a big part of how I coach and live everyday.  I have Bachelor Of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from UCF and I am a Certified Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist. MAT focuses specifically on making your weaknesses stronger and your muscular system/body balanced so then we can challenge the body safely and appropriately. You are only as strong as your weakest link and MAT helps us with this Assessment to determine your wink links. Everything we do counts. On and off the field, it ALL matters.
